Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: you buy the Tallyfive subscription from Paddle, which charges your payment method, handles tax and sends your receipts.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Paddle under its refund policy. To ask for one, use the support link in your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net and choose Request refund.
Cancelling
The plan is $79 a month and renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page: choose Manage plan and cancel in Paddle's billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your checks stay included until the end of the month you have already paid for. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately.
