What a check means
Tallyfive compares supported invoice charges with the rates and activity you provide. Findings are review aids, not a determination that a warehouse owes a refund. Verify the agreement, records and context before taking action. The pilot has not yet been validated against matched real customer bundles.
Your records
Only submit records you are authorized to use. Confirm that the rates and their effective dates match your agreement. Missing evidence, complicated fee rules and ambiguous entries may remain unchecked. The service does not send disputes, move money or change warehouse records.
Subscription
The pilot plan is $79 per month, with any applicable taxes shown at checkout. The sample is free, and your first check of your own bill is free with no card needed. Further private checks need an active subscription. Manage or cancel a configured subscription through the account page. Cancellation terms and the next billing date are shown by Paddle before you confirm. Deleting your account cancels immediately and removes audit access.
Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: you buy the subscription from Paddle, which also handles billing questions and taxes. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase. Refunds are handled by Paddle under its refund policy. The refund and cancellation policy explains how refunds and cancelling work.
Pilot availability
Availability and supported checks may change during the pilot. Export reports you need to retain beyond the 90-day audit retention period.
Who runs Tallyfive
