Done. 2 charges are above your agreed rates, and 3 need a closer look.
Rates change, orders get billed twice, fees turn up that nobody agreed to. All three are on the sample bill above.

Billed $40.00, but your rate card has no rate for it.Finding a difference is half the job. Asking about it is the awkward half. Tally drafts a polite, factual note with the numbers and the rows behind them, and opens it in the email you already use.

Subject Credit request: September 2026 · Northstar Goods · Synthetic sample
Hi,
I've been checking our invoice (September 2026 · Northstar Goods · Synthetic sample) against our agreed rates and the warehouse activity, and one charge doesn't line up.
Pick & pack, Sep 11, invoice INV-SEP26, row 3
Billed: $300.00
Expected at our agreed rate: $250.00 (200 item × 1.25 USD = 250.00 USD)
Difference: $50.00
Already credited: $10.00
Still to resolve: $40.00
Thank you for the credit already applied. Could you take a look and, if you agree, credit $40.00 on the next invoice? If I've missed something, like a rate change or extra activity, I'd be glad to see it.
Thanks,

No. You can check your own CSV files right in your browser, or explore the sample. Your files stay in your browser until you sign in to save a check. To fill things in for you, Tally may send fee names, column headings and the lines above a table to an AI model that keeps nothing.
CSV and Excel files up to 5 MB each. A check covers up to 1,000 billing records, including credits and replacements. A PDF rate card has its prices read for you to confirm; PDF invoices are not read yet.
Charges billed at flat per-unit USD rates that you confirm before the check runs. Taxes, multi-currency bills and fee rules that are not written down need a separate review.
Not necessarily. A difference is something worth a closer look; you still verify the records and settle it with your warehouse. Tallyfive is a pilot and has not yet been validated on real customer bills.
Your first bill is free, with no card needed (account and daily limits apply). After that, checks are part of the $79 a month pilot plan, which you can cancel any time from your account.
